Original 1950s BSA 500 ZB34 GOLD STAR CENTER STAND in GOOD condition.  BSA part number 65-4577, no casting number visible. Legs are not symmetrical, guessing here but I'm thinking previous owner "straightened" the left leg to get a more vertical stance on whatever bike he had it on??  Either way, this is a nice original plunger center stand, correct part for all the plunger-framed singles including B31, B33 and ZB32/ZB34 Gold Stars and can be "re-straightened" easliy enough to properly fit your bike.  Measures approximately 8 1/2" from bottom of foot to center of pivot hole, pivot boss  7/8" wide, good threads for grease fitting, spring pin straight and intact.  Frame lands show some normal wear, still very good, most of original black paint has been removed by some Previous Owner. A VERY NICE if somewhat "lopsided" ORIGINAL BSA CENTER STAND believed to be correct for all the plunger-framed single cylinder models with a LITTLE LOVE it coue be PERFECT for your DAILY RIDER or RESTORATION PROJECT!  NICE!!!
