Dispatch Times to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland:

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 x working days however I have set the dispatch time for 5 x working days to allow for any queries in regards to the personalisation.

Orders are sent Free with Royal Mail 48, there is also an option to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 although there is a small charge for this.

Returns: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for personalised items unless they are faulty or broken on arrival. 

In this instance the item can either be refunded or exchanged.
