This Doll's House Emporium Model Kit, The Conservatory would make a lovely addition to your dolls house, particularly when accompanied by the Garden Kit (also from the Dolls House Emporium). The Convervatory Kit  comprises a number of ready-assembled panels with windows and doors ready-made. It includes:

Opening double-doors

A pitched roof with "glazing"

Decorative finials to the front and top of the roof

Dimensions of the Conservatory are : 305mm x 305mm x 334mm (including baseboard)

As the Conservatory is designed to butt-up to the side of the house (or any wall high enough to allow it to do so), it may not stand in the centre of the garden but could potentially be adjusted to allow that.

The Garden kit can snuggle up nicely against any dolls house measuring between 356mm and 570mm deep (back to front). It could be presented as a formal garden or a more informal family plaground. It comes in 2 separate levels with steps between and is very versatile. You should note that none of the accessories shown in the picture are included but can be bought from any Dolls House stockist.

The Dimensions of the Garden Kit are : 654mm x 654mm x 191mm (high)

Both of these kits are quite small and might be ideal for a first-time dolls house kit builder.The kits are made from Wood and MDF and are unpainted.Both items are currently on sale on the internet for significantly more than my asking price.
