Original VELOCETTE 19" REAR WHEEL for MSS & ENDURANCE MODELS, with PALMER CHROME STEEL WM2-19 RIM and PIRELLI 4.00-19 353 DIRT TRACK TIRE, in FAIR condition.  RARE Palmer WM2-19 "JOINTLESS" rim spins straight and true but does have heavy rust in spots along with multiple nicks and tire iron scars, all 40 spokes intact but again pretty rusty.  MAS 83/2 3-bolt "Cotton Spool" REAR HUB looks good, NO cracks, bolt holes show light ovalling from having run with improperly torqued nuts - just keep the nuts TIGHT and it won't be an issue! Bearings & spacers in place, old grease has the bearings locked up, chances are they'll be fine with cleaning and repacking.  Speedo drive ring KS 61/2 also included.  Note that some Previous Owner of questionable taste painted the hub and spokes in - what would you call it - aquamarine??? And he added a matching center stripe on the rim -  must've been quite the eye-catcher back in the day! 
Last but not least an OLD Made In Italy PIRELLI 4.00-19 "353" dirt track tire is still on the rim - plenty of good tread but also plenty of cracking on the sidewalls - good for display only.  ALL in ALL a NICE, SERVICEABLE, RESTORABLE and MOSTLY ORIGINAL VELOCETTE MSS or ENDURANCE 19" REAR WHEEL...  NICE!!!
