Tunic style, with a single button closure at the top of the back, 3/4 sleeves.
The fabric is embroidered with a motive that looks like ferns or some other intricate plants. I've tried to show this in the close-up photo. The first three photos are taken with a flash and show the true colour, a very dark navy blue. The last three photos are without a flash, They show the detail better but the colour is too gray and pale, not the actual colour.
I bought this blouse in the US in the 1990's, bought the same design in white and preferred that so have never worn this one.
