A compilation of material previously released by J.G. Thirlwell under a number of different names (all based around the word Foetus). Tracks B1, B8, C1, C2 and the first part of B7 (Himmelfahrtstransport) are previously unreleased. On the outer sleeve track C3 is named "Dead Christian" and tracks D2 and D3 are respectively named "Wash" and "Slog".
