Transferware images of Tudor-era English village life, gold edge Old English Markets, as the pattern name implies, features transferware images of various characters and scenes associated with Tudor-era town life in an English village.  various scenes of life, the larger square on was a presentation plate for a Masonic event, it has a special manufacturers mark on the underside '' with the compliments of the Worshipful master and Mrs E.J.D Bevan October 1954. it has a small edge chip. it measures 9 inches or 25 cm long, the smaller square dish is in good condition and measures 6 5/8 inches or 14.3 cm long, the oval one is in good condition and measures 10 3/4 inches or 27.3 cm long
