Another very nice "vintage" laptop (2003 or 2004)!  I acquired it 7 to 10 yrs ago, as I needed laptops with parallel ports for various projects.  The 14.1" screen's hinges are pretty tight, with a tangential movement (slop) of about 5/16" at top edge of screen (when opened at 90 deg).  It is physically and visually in very good condition, with only a few scuffs on the lid.  The screen itself looks very good, with only a couple minor marks.  It has Windows XP Professional installed, with a COA sticker.   It has a DVD drive, and the keyboard looks and works great.  Everything works as far as I can tell.  It has Intel Wireless built in and can connect to wireless networks if desired.  Should be great for retro gaming, or writing, or programming or any geeky engineering things (e.g. stepper motor control) made easier by the presence of a parallel port!  The battery works and charges to 100%, but no guarantees as to how long it actually lasts.   I blew out the fan and heat sink, and also re-seated the CPU, in 2017 (used very little since then). It comes with a new genuine "small form" Dell charger (PA-12), which also works great.  I added all necessary and proper drivers, and there's a folder with subfolders of the various drivers I used, right in the C directory.
