In very good condition, works perfect, and comes with the carry case, a few bits in its own carry case, a router guide and the instructions on how to set it up and use it (the guide).

The booklet for the router is not with it, so be advised. You’ll need an instruction booklet unless you’re familiar with router operation and handling.

As mentioned, it’s in very good condition and seems as if it was only used for one home project. Still pretty clean, no crazy buildup of saw dust anywhere, but has a couple small dots of tan paint that dripped on it.
