Measures 6-3/8" in diameter and approx. 2-3/8" in height.
Conditions of note:
  1. Cobalt happiness bowl
  2. Some writing along the interior base. These "Punched" style markings were indicative of communal bowls.
  3. Unglazed foot rim. Bowl is not perfectly round but more of an oval shape as it is handmade pottery.
  4. Age/use wear.
  5. Some imperfections in the pottery. Bowl is handmade, and old. It is not perfect. Kiln grit on the foot.  Some red wax signifying export does remain.
  6. Design on the bowl is cobalt while bowl is celadon glazed. I do not know the provenance of this bowl other than it is Qing or earlier.

This bowl is from a large estate lot of similar bowls. They are all covered in dirt as though they were dug from the ground at some point and not cleaned. I clean them with water to remove as much soil as possible before shipping but there will be dirty areas as I do not want to use any cleaners on them that may damage the bowl. These are very old and I do not want to “scrub” them clean.

This is an estate item and is therefore sold as is.

Please view all photos before purchasing. We photograph items as-is and do not touch up/edit.

All payments are due within 48 hours or the transaction will be cancelled. If you do not pay,  you will be blocked from purchasing anything from C.V. in the future.

We will combine shipping on multiple items if shipping is invoiced BEFORE payment is made. We charge actual exact shipping and no handling fees. We often are asked why shipping is so high. The shipping companies determine shipping costs and we have no control over that.

All sales are final. Thank you.

**We are open to offers, within reason. Please remember when making offers that we did not get these items for free, and many hours of work goes into sourcing, cleaning, photographing, listing, packaging etc. eBay also receives 14% of what the sales price is. If we receive an offer for 50% of what we are asking, expect to have that offer declined **
