New Jersey Tercentenary Medallion, 1964.  By Anthony Notaro.  Bronze, 45mm.  Obverse: Ribbon inscribed PEOPLE, PURPOSE, PROGRESS wraps around tercentenary symbol over figures representing the industry and agriculture of New Jersey; STATE OF NEW JERSEY TERCENTENARY.  Reverse: Totems of New Jersey's three Lenni Lenape sub-tribes form stylized totem pole, at the base of the totem are two figures representing the Proprietorships of East and West Jersey; around the rim are 21 figures, separated by Tercentenary symbols, illustrating New Jersey's contributions to the nation and world.  Struck by the Medallic Art Company, New York.  Condition: ABOUT UNCIRCULATED.  Comes with descriptive leaflet.
