This lens came off of a Minolta XG7 MD mount.  All ring and slide functions work smoothly. Manual focus.

Lens looks to be clear and scratch free. It has a lens cap, but is missing cap on mounting end.

Comes with a 62 mm UV filter which also appears to be free from any scratches.
