Here is a set of worry dolls from Guatemala. According to tradition, children can tell their worries to these dolls. Then they place the dolls under their pillows and the dolls take away their worries while they sleep.

These are miniature worry dolls, 1 inch or less in height, a woman and boy. They come with a vintage storage bag.

Because these are so small they are perfect for larger dolls to hold as part of a doll house or diorama. My 12” Blythe doll is modeling only, not included.
