It was dropped twice, the first time it was dropped the wi-fi and bluetooth stopped working (As in you could not turn / switch it on). 

The second time it dropped the back glass cracked and the phone does not charge so therefore it does not turn on / can't turn on.

Also it comes with it's original box !! (please refer to pictures).
