This was quite the find! I am blown away by this piece. Used often for foot stools now, it's neat to imagine this on the back of a camel riding through the desert in far off lands! Quite the evocative piece for your collection.

My research indicates that this saddle dates back at least to the 1960s, however I have no provenance. This is an estate auction find.
