Rare, flattering and fabulous dress from Joseph Ribkoff. Tag size CAN/US 12, UK 14, check measurements provided below. Fabric tag removed, soft knit fabrics, best guess rayon, nylon and/or elasthane. Gorgous royal blue, scooped neck, short sleeves with raglan seams, self shaping, bust darts. Unique textured outer shell created with two layers, top layer folded/crinkled, then 'embroidered' in place to the bottom layer. There is a lining slip layer, smooth and silky, which provides a bit of shaping and also keeps the shell from hiking up. The texture is artsy but also camouflages in the best way!
