This doll has a porcelain china head and shoulders, forearms and lower legs on a cloth body.
She has black hair and blue eyes and appears to be in original clothing.
The hair has a few scratches, one foot is chipped and missing paint and the other foot is broken off.
The dress and first layer slip show a lot of fabric deterioration, the under slip and pantaloons are intact and in good condition for the age of the fabric.
