I am not the original owner of this material so saying it is cotton is an educated guess. The colors are a green and gold. Almost khaki maybe. The overall appearance is a natural vibe as opposed to say mint or yellow,or neon. It is a nice sturdy home decor fabric which is 56 inches wide by 3 yards long. It weighs 3 and a half pounds. You are buying the whole length. It is one piece.
