Here we have a New Original Farberware Power Cord Open Hearth Broiler Rotisserie Model 400 440 445 R4550 Replacement Part only.  This is not a reproduction they sell on eBay.   I would rate to be in a New Old Stock vintage shape. We found this in a box in the storage room. Tested and working.

2. Plug End: 9/16" Height
3. Hole Spacing: Measured from Center to Center: 1-1/16th"
4. Hole Spacing: Measured from Outside to Outside: 1-5/16th"
5. Hole Spacing: Measured from Inside to Inside: 13/16th"
6. Hole Diameter: 1/4"
