Rover SD1 fuel filler flap / door. No lock.

This is the type with closing spring ACP615, which is present.

There is a bit of paint loss and corrosion around the inside edges of the flap, but it will clean nicely. I'm assuming you'll need to repaint it in any case.

Also included are 3 new closing buffers JRC1446, so you'll have a spare or two.
