These are four lovely hinges and one escutcheon that l believe were once on a bible.
However, this is just an educated guess but they have the beauty and detail suitable for a religious book.
They are in lovely condition with the holes etc not ripped.
I also found with them this little sliding lock safe escutcheon but it does have a little handle or knob missing.
The hinges measure 4 inches by three.
