Vtg 1983 G.I. Joe Cobra Fang Helicopter.  The Rotor itself is not broken. The piece that attaches to the rotor is broken.  (It slides into the rotor and broke off inside.) One red missile is missing, as is roll cage that goes over the motor in the rear of driver.

Original instructions/blueprints included, they are in good condition.
