Ask me about combined shipping before you purchase items. It is much easier to do ahead of time for the items you want.

 

Shipping is calculated by Canada Post and United States Postal Service.  Expedited shipping is the cheapest available and is what I pay.  Shipping from Canada is more expensive than the United States.

 

Models are from a non-smoking environment.
