One of the rarer planetary artifacts of the Space Race! In 1969 A. J. Nystrom Co created a small number of these Limited Edition Raised Relief Topographical Lunar Globes to commemorate NASA Space Mission Apollo 11. CBS used one of these Lunar Globes on air to demonstrate the first Man in Space. Lunar Globe is 7” made of composite molded material and sits in a dark/black Lucite base.
