vellum measuring 22 inches by 6 inches.

Pendant wax seal, slightly
larger than average with the image of a crest.

Includes a “Sheepes Walk”
and pasturage of sheep in the fields and commons of Litlington.
CONDITION. Contents
complete. Two tiny pin holes to left margin. Otherwise no holes or tears.
Creasing to the right end of the lower turned up margin and a few small areas
of darkening to vellum but good condition for a document of this age. Ink clear
and free of fading. Wax seal almost complete - nice clear image of a crest.
