This is a fully tested and working Motorola XTL5000 UHF transceiver. Radio has been flash updated. The transmit specs are shown (28 watts) and the receive is excellent. No accessories are included. The screen shows bright and clear. Radio reads and writes just fine. 450-520 MHz, but does down to 440 MHz with no problem. You have your CPS hex edited for this. The radio was an XTL2500 and modified to be an XTL5000.
