This vintage French porcelain lamp base is in great condition apart from some wear to the gold rim and a chip on the base which has seen some repair although not visible except when turning item over.  There are 2 holes at the base which is what has led me to believe this is part of a lamp.  There is a markers stamp on the bottom which states made in France but I can't read the rest unfortunately.  Please see photos as they form part of the description.
