Payment terms: We accept PayPal or cash at local pick up. If we do not receive payment within 3 days, we will assume you are forfeiting the auction and the item will no longer be available to buyer.

*Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed in the eBay ad. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

*In case of returns, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. (Domestic or International)

*Please note that calculated shipping is based on USPS. However, we reserve the right to ship for the same cost via UPS or another carrier. We prefer to ship by FedEx, UPS or USPS.

*We can accommodate local pickup, please contact us.

*We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping or freight carriers. We do

insure all packages and will provide proof of insurance if needed to file a claim.

Packaging: All items are packaged to the shipping guidelines per carrier.

Returns: When accepted, returns must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays shipping (original and return charges). Item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in (example: New, Unopened, Sealed, Working etc). All components and accessories included in the original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided for return shipment. Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply to any returns that do not comply with these terms.
