Used laptop with recently replaced battery

There are gouges in the back where I routed out vents to try and help with the cooling problem, please look at the pictures to see

I beleive the USB ports work (no os I can't test them)

Thermal paste was reapplied within the last 5 years

Missing most of the bottom screws but I will attempt to find replacement screws, no guarantee on this
