This particular pair comes out of 1963 Fisher Statesman III stereo
console (unfortunately not working) where it was hooked up to a
Chassis 680-A push-pull 7591 tube amplifier.
Recently have been tested with Yamaha solid state receiver and sounds great.
In my opinion they are close to be named as extended range speakers.
