This is your chance to own a piece of country music history. Super rare acetate test pressing of Hank Williams 1948 release "I'll Be a Bachelor Til' I Die" on 12 inch Audiodisc. Released in 1948 as MGM 10171 by MGM Records, this disc was purchased from the Nashville estate of an executive of Acuff-Rose music publishing. One side contains full audio of the song, while the other side has a partial version of the same song. The disc has light marks and plays well with light surface noise with a few pops at the end of the song. Listen to full audio of the track below.
