The pages are in decent condition other than some discoloration. I didn't see any page tears other than the rear endpaper in the 6th picture. The rest of the book is in pretty rough shape, with multiple tears to the spine. The dust jacket has a small crease on the front flap and some wear to the corners and folds

Since the spine/textblock are so loose, I would *not* recommend this as a reading copy. The book feels ready to fall apart.
