This is a rare 1968 O-Pee-Chee CFL #14 Rookie card of tackle Ted Collins of the Ottawa Rough Riders.  The card is from the quite scarce first ever O-Pee-Chee CFL set and it is in nice shape with a clean back and no creases.  There is a little wear on the corners.
