This Arjo Maxi-Sky 600 Electric Ceiling Patient Lift 600lbs is in fair cosmetic condition with signs of prior use and wear.

It powered on when pulling the red cord as shown by the green light. The remote appears to be working as it lowered and raised the strap shown. It comes with what is shown in the photos. Manual is for the next model, not this one, but has some similar information. No, power adapter / power cord is included. The power cord would need to be acquired separately. Some scratches / small dings could be present.
