If you're considering purchasing one of our items, please read the terms and conditions below.
1) All items come with a minimum 14-day warranty from the date of delivery. Unless clearly described as spares/repairs, additional warranty is available at extra cost (please enquire).
2) Engines need to be fitted by qualified mechanics; vat registered etc. not back street operatives for any warranty to be valid. We recommended a new timing belt and water pump kit is purchased, as this is one of the most common reasons for engine failure.
3) Before purchase you must either match up the part number or picture and confirm yourself that the item is what you require.
4) Delivery times are stated clearly on eBay and where possible we will send out items as soon as possible. If you?re in a particular rush for the item, its best to give us a call to see how soon we can post the item out.
5) Collections can be made from our site facility that is open to the public.
6) Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Scottish Isles, will incur extra charge. Contact us before placing an order to confirm the delivery charge. General small items, will incur £10 surcharge. Engines and other large car parts a pallet would be required. These orders have a minimum £50 surcharge.
7) Any damaged item must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving it.
8) We do not pay for return postage.
9) We refund upon the receipt of the returned item.
10) Make sure you are within the warranty period.
11) It is your responsibility to make sure you have purchased the correct item. Pictures and part numbers are provided for your reference.
12) Where there is an issue with an item its best to call us as soon as possible so we can deal swiftly with the matter, therefore we will require a phone call to authorise a return. If your unable to call, for example you have no credit on your phone, you may send us a message on eBay, with your contact number.
13) Gaskets, sealants and any bolt on ancillary is not covered by our warranty e.g. head gasket is not covered (this is a wear and tear item).
14) Mileages provided are clearly not warrantied. Where possible it?s the buyer?s responsibility to ensure that mileage for parts is accurate.
15) Our warranty covers the cost of the part only.
We do not cover any costs incurred e.g. labour is not covered, cost of hire car is not covered, cost or replacement part is not covered, where possible we recommend you purchase additional warranty for your peace of mind.
Returns
If the part is incorrect for any reason or faulty on fitting then please contact us before you return it so we can discuss options with you, if it is decided that the item should be returned on receipt, we will check the item for its security marks and then either make a refund or send you a replacement.
Please note that we are unable to refund if the part has been dismantled. We dont refund shipping costs, incurred by us or by you.
There will be a 25% restocking charge on any items returned after being incorrectly ordered, we will do our very best to give you all the information about the item however ultimately it remains the customers responsibility to ensure that the item matches their requirements.
