Pre owned condition. Have not been tested but worked perfectly before removing from vehicle box insert. May have wear on edges from install/uninstall process such as scrapes, gouges, scratches or minor cracks. May have lose top edge that can be reglued or will be kept down when installed. No major issues and very clean!
