With a range of accessories housed within a wonderful double door mahogany case with unusual brass bindings.

Microscope features a mechanical stage, Wenham binocular tubes (prism present), substage assembly on rack & pinion and manual rotation.

Various accessories. 2 pairs of eyepieces. 4 objectives. 2 by Swift, 1 by Ross, 1 unmarked. 4 different condensers. Stage forceps, darkfield stops, analyser & polariser fittings. Various live boxes. Bullseye Bench condenser (not original to the outfit) + other parts.

Microscope stands 17+" (44cm) high as photographed.

Optics will need cleaning.
Beautiful brass bound fitted cabinet with double doors and brass key escutcheons. Externally in exceptional condition for its age. Internally there have been a number of alterations to the wooden fittings, some of which are a mystery. There are also a number of the original fittings (supplied loose). It could all do with sorting out correctly, as some of the accessories don't appear to fit well inside.
One door lock is missing (no key).
