CONDITION:
The Tent is preowned in relatively Good Condition
The Tent and rainfly Zippers work well with no problems
The Poles are in Good Shape with no damage and the Shock Cording is in Good Shape
The Main Tent Body and Rainfly are free of any rips, tears or stains
The tent interior has been wiped down and the Tent has no significant "ageing" tent odor
A section of Mesh Netting on one of the doorways has been repaired - See photos
The Seam Sealing on the Rainfly is beginning to flake off and will need to be replaced - The old loose seam sealer material should be brushed off, the seams cleaned with Isopropyl Alcohol, and then new Seam Sealer applied. This is not a difficult task and should take 1 to 2 hours to perform. I have purchased (ordered) two (2) tubes of Seam Sealer and will include those with the Tent.
