Sleeper Issue 2 page 10 by Sean Phillips and Ed Brubaker. Brilliant Noir-ish Voice Over as Holden explains the underworld hierarchy.

The best noir team working in comics today. Phillips and Brubaker are the team supreme of 4-color crime stories.

Sleeper was an amazing story of a meta human undercover with a super villain organization, only to have his handler, the only person that actually knows he’s a good guy, get shot in the head. He faces many tough choices as he tries to survive long enough to get out.

In this scene Holden is explaining via a very noir voice over, the heiarchy of Tao’s criminal organization as he watches their debaucherous ways in a bar. Great Noir moment criminals, voice over, henchmen, it’s got it all.
