This is a vintage toy made by KFS Toys in 1969 featuring Popeye driving a jalopy. As you push it along his head shakes from side to side.  Made in Hong Kong. This is truly something a Popeye fan would want to add to their collection.

The only flaw seen is the top of Popeye's hat is marred and there is something shaking inside the vehicle. Please examine the photographs carefully.
