Like new, the original owner only opened the package to make sure everthing connected and was complete. No dust on the statue. Excellent shape, Brand New like shape. There is just some red on the podium where it connects and touches Superman's boots. No chipping or damage. You may see a white spec in the pic, but that is from the styrofoam insert that protects the statue.
