Antique Hermagis Paris Focusing Loupe Brass from Late 1800's.  Everything looks to be in very good condition with a clear lens and all parts move as they should.  You can adjust the height of the lens and take the outer guard off.  Measures 2 3/4" tall and 2" at bottom.
