This is a vintage map of Israel from 1952. It is 72 years old, only 4 years after the establishment of the state. The scale is 300,000 to 1. I don’t read Hebrew but best I can make out the Jewish date  translated is 1952. I is defintely pre- 1960.  It's fragile due to its age ( like me) and and in opening it  splits arose.  Three more maps of Irael will be included.  One is an Israel touring map from  1980’s,  1/250.000 scale, once belonged to library. The second is Touring map of Israel distributed by Ezer Mizion, 1/500.00 scale.  The third is Biblical lap of Israel distributed by General Israel Orphans Home, 1983. This is expecially fascinating for Jews and  beleiving Christians alike! 

Forgive quality of photos. I found folding maps when wieldy when healty, now with progressive neurological disorder, they are impossible.
