This is a vintage pair of cufflinks and a tie clip or bar made by Commodore of London in probably the 1960s or 70s. They come complete in their original box.
The cufflinks are 2.5 cm from front to back and have what appears to be red and blue striped enamel on the 1.25 cm front. Please note there is some damage to the middle stripe of one of the cufflinks. The metal is a gold tone. This is a good retro or vintage formal set, which could still be worn happily today.
