This tie is ready to wear.  It is in overall good condition.  It would have been considered in very good condition, but on the underside there are 2 marks that you are likely not going to notice at first (see last picture).  The colors are clean and crisp.  The shape is strong.  There are no rips, stains, odors.  It may be wrinkled and have fold marks from being packed and shipped.  This comes from a pet and smoke free environment.
