sterling silver and intertwined with a vine motif and 18K yellow gold
leaves as a round, white Cultured Freshwater Pearl dangles off the
vine. The Cultured Freshwater Pearl cap is decorated with a heart
design and 18K yellow gold beading. Sterling silver, 18K yellow gold.
Total Blue Topaz weight is approximately 0.50 carat. Cultured Freshwater Pearls measure approximately 6.0mm. Left and right design.
