Pre-Owned but never used, all ornaments are in excellent condition. All the ornaments with gold trim are velvet and made in the Philippines the 2 stars were made in Taiwan the one big glass ball was from StLouis. All but one still has there tags. If you would add up all the tags it would equal $85.50.
