Fully inspected and tested missing one magnet on the 8x10 side not an issues lid closes flat.  Easel branded Premier made in Chicago Illinois.  All rubber feet intact.  Hinge opens and closes easily as it should sits straight.  Overall very clean not scratched up or rusted paint intact very nice.  See photos of actual item we will quickly ship.
