Van Johnson was an American film and television actor and dancer, a major star at
 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer during and after WW 11. 

127 film and television credits.

Films include: The Human Comedy (1943),
 State of the Union (1948), The Caine Mutiny (1954). 

Johnson debuted as a singer in Las Vegas in April, 1953.
From then forward, whenever he performed in Las Vegas his 
performances were a sellout.
