Here is the deal ...i am toy collector but i collect old staff prewar and postwar...i seen a lot hess trucks but newer saw this boat before ...yesterday i have chance to buy it ...and today i was tested...OMG so much fun and so crazy looking boat ...all works and make crazy realistic sounds ...yes it has missing boat ...also there is some light scratches around but they are light and nothing serious...boat is in clean and accurate condition...
